It depends on the size of the job and whether there is building work involved. Paul will give you an honest timescale with your quotation and keep you informed throughout. We do not start a job we cannot finish properly.

Yes. For major projects Paul manages the job end to end, bringing in trusted electricians, plumbers and plasterers he has worked with for years, so you deal with one person from start to finish.
